It’s Always Picnic Time at Picnic Ristorante

From my first visit to Picnic Ristorante, I was instantly comforted by its name: Picnic Ristorante. It is as if the restaurant was going to pamper you with a fun picnic, complete with Grandma’s signature recipe. The location in Bendungan Hilir is strategic, in the middle of the city.

Although Picnic Ristorante is surrounded by both offices and housings, it is cozy and free of noise pollution. The place is spacious with warm ambience. Another plus point is the numerous electrical sockets. Freelancers and students, you’re very much welcome here. The interior is cute, perfect for Instagram, and truly embraces the name of the place. Picnic.

And now for the most important question: What should we eat? Munchie Risoles and Farmer’s Chicken Wings with Mayo & Seaweed are the recommended dishes for appetizer. For main course, the staffs recommend the Thai-influenced Nasi Gila Tom Yum and Spaghetti Tom Yum. Other favorite menus include Spaghetti Rendang, Grandma’s Mie Kangkung, Carbonara, Bakso Festive Tom Yum, and Ketan Duren. Beef Cilantro Pizza ain’t bad either. The flavorful combination of smoked beef, onion, cilantro, and mayonnaise is the absolute bomb!

For those of you who live or work around Benhil area, Picnic Ristorante is a great place to hang out, especially when you favor chillax ambience. The variety of dishes is awesome, from Indonesian food to Thai food, from Western food to funky beverages. Wi-fi is super fast and the staffs are friendly. Thank you Picnic Ristorante! You’ve given me simple pleasures in my otherwise busy days.
